Sawing
The company has a complete set of equipment for the logs as well as for the sawing of planks, beam, block of wood, post etc...
The possibility to easily adjust its machines to a desired width, enables the company to work with a perfect precision.
Planning and Mouldings
Here again the equipment used by the company provide top of the notch planning. Our products include skirtings, cornices, etc.
Treatment
The timber is vacuum treated with tanalith E preservative and protect it against blue spot, fungus rot, insect's larvas.
Timber that is treated with the tanalith E preservative can be painted, nailed, glued and is not dangerous for human beings, animals and plants. It is in stainless steel, is not oily, odourless and does not increase the risk of fire.
Drying
There are two ways for drying the timber:

The Natural Method ( air dried )
The timber is piled up in sheds with wooden sticks between each horizontal row. This allows air to circulate on all the exposed surface.

The Artificial Method ( kiln dried )
The timber is piled up in dryers where the temperature is electronically controlled. A heating process can bring down the humidity rate to a level of 12% without altering the natural aspect of the wood.
