In 1960, after tropical cyclone Carol, Mr. Hardasan Singh Grewal, native of India, decided to start a business of sawmilling and wood treatment.

In 1972, the ENL Group acquired Grewals. From that time, the company went through an outstanding growth. Grewals has since, continued to expand its company with the aim of building a solid and trusted company.

In 2009, important uplifting of storage facilities was carried out to ensure a better quality product and service to customers.
