Grewals - Iron Sheeting

Zincalume

Zincalume is a coating of zinc and aluminum, which gives much superior resistance against corrosion as compared to galvanized iron. It adapts itself perfectly to the Mauritian climate and offers an excellent resistance to corrosion.

Furthermore, it is covered with a layer of primer of +- 7 microns and with a layer of paint going up to +- 25 microns.

Aluminium - Reynolux

We have established a partnership with ALCOA, the world’s leading aluminum producer. Reynolux differentiates itself by certain characteristics, making it the product ‘par excellence’ for constructions in coastal areas.

It is covered by a paint coat developed by Alcoa, the Duragloss 5000. The technical properties of DG 5000 are identical and even superior in comparison to the PVDF base paint. Its most striking properties are its resistance to abrasion, salt, humidity and to ultraviolet radiation. Aluminum products can give guarantee up to 15 years.

We provide a wide range of colours in both materials and are able to provide any colour for large projects. Our sheets are the largest available on the market as they have an effective width of 1000mm for the IBR panels and an effective width of 900mm for the corrugated panels.

The advantages of large sheets are:

• Ease in the handling of material as less sheets are necessary for area coverage.
• Time effectiveness.
• Better aesthetic appearance as less sheets are fixed against one another.

Profiles

Our profiles can be distiguished by their width. They are the largest profiles on the market, which means fewer sheets will be used to cover your surfaces.
